ArchMesh — the modular plug-and-play kit.

Founded in 2024 by Riccardo Puglisi, Alessandro Basile and Ferdinando Anselmi, Archimede has developed ArchMesh, a modular plug-and-play kit for managing and monitoring critical infrastructure in off-grid environments.

The solution brings together a single stack: predictive energy management, multi-constellation satellite connectivity and a low-code software platform — enabling bidirectional control of plants and distributed assets even in areas without reliable terrestrial coverage. By making satellite connectivity, energy management and software automation simpler to adopt, Archimede aims to turn isolated infrastructure into intelligent, monitorable nodes, contributing to the operational resilience of increasingly distributed industrial and infrastructural supply chains.

One platform for the whole fleet — status, connectivity and position in real time.

“What convinced us about Archimede isn’t just the technology, but the way it was built: in a context where energy, connectivity and access to resources are never guaranteed, that very challenge has become their product. The result is an integrated stack designed to work at the edges of the connected world — which are also the places where demand is growing fastest. Bringing critical offline infrastructure into the era of distributed intelligence is a global challenge; Archimede has shown it can tackle it starting from Sicily, and we are here to help them do it at scale.”

Mara Attardi — Investment team, Primo Capital

The company has already started projects with major enterprise operators. Among them, a PoC with Eni Joule is being launched to test ArchMesh in the remote management and monitoring of industrial assets in areas with limited connectivity.

“In just over two years we’ve turned an idea born in Sicily into a technology startup ready to scale on international markets. We want to make managing remote infrastructure and assets simple and accessible — integrating energy, satellite connectivity and software control into a single system. We want to break the clichés about Sicily and show that innovation can start again from here, out to the world.”
